"The elevator button to the third floor was broken from day1 to day4 (the whole stay). We had to walk down from the upstairs. The fresh towels had dirt on them (most of the time) Other than that, the staff were nice and we enjoyed staying there. "

"It was conveniently located too many places of interest either by walking or metro. The hotel staff was exceptional, especially Patricia who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We definitely would come back."
