"Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested. One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."

"The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds"

"We had a very comforatble stay with excellent service experienced . Ms Grace Liang at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient in managing our multiple bookings after our travel plan change . Ms Spring at the Entrance Lobby was always attentive to our enquiries . The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the dedicated and smiling housekeeping staff . The convenience of a self laundry service room is a big plus . Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable."
