"Breakfast was fresh hot many choices for all taste- clean rooms comfortable beds- walk to many shops and restaurants- parking us expensive-$60 aday- pay to park every where so this was still a great option- pier 39 is wonderful place to walk to and experience great food and some live street acts!"

"There were hairs from previous occupants in the bathtub. No bathrobes or slippers were provided, which I would expect when paying $500 for a basic room."

"This is a beautiful place to stay across the bay from San Francisco. The hotel is well maintained and had a great staff. I would recommend pay for the parking. Where you could park for free there are restrictions. Easy access to highways for heading north to Napa or the Redwoods, south to Oakland or back across the bay to San Francisco."

"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good."

"We had the Junior suite but were quite disapointed with the room quality, furniture and room were quite worn out and I expected the view to be a bit better (other rooms). Location was very good, though. Fireplaces outside were nice. I feel like the resort fee is a bit unnecessary in this location and we did not even really end up using the "perks"."

"For a property in the middle of the city in an older part of the city and right in the heart of Chinatown, this property is awesome. But it’s missing a lot of the amenities that Hilton’s are known for. The finishes are not as high end, the ac is not updated (found out they are just window boxes like found in cheap hotels that leak air), no room service, and smaller bathrooms.
