"When checking in staff was having a personal conversation so I had to wait then while checking me in the person came back and he continued his personal conversation the room had not even s half roll of toilet paper so I had to get one off housekeeping cart the shower runs out onto the bathroom floor so just the floor mat is not good enough dunking breakfast the syrup container was also most empty where I had tilt to the side to get syrup While leaving there was a older man very concerned...

"The room size was very accommodating. Love the room style. However, the bathtub flooded when you ran the shower. The pillows were very limp and appeared old. The sheets didnt appear to be clean or the right size. With there being no carpet, the floor felt gritty. Which means the floors are NOT being mopped after every guest.
I would stay again if all of these things were rectified."
