"The hotel was okay, definitely not the nicest Hampton Inn but it is by the airport. The staff were friendly. But nowhere do they mention that if you use a shuttle to the airport they charge you $20 per day to park your car at their hotel. Other hotels that I looked at with airport shuttles were upfront about the fact they had a fee for parking if you use the hotel shuttle. I probably would have booked another hotel with a lower parking fee or looked into parking at the airport if they had...

"The bed was old and worn out, sagging. Asked to switch rooms in hopes bed would be better and was told that’s not an option. Had to check out and pay for another room somewhere else shortly after checking in due to not being able to sleep on such uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care. Sauna was out of order also. Room smelled bad too. Spend the extra $60 for a nicer place somewhere else."

"The lobby is most welcoming with the area behind the registration a mural displaying a plane on the runway departure. Breakfast was included. Coffee and Tea also available in the lobby seating area. A nice fire place outside to relax. The Hotel service team were very responsive. Our TV did not work upon arrival. They came immediately and knew what to do, given new S/W.
Upon departure, I shared with the staff at the front desk my room observations i.e. sink not draining well and freezer...

"I had registered through expedia and thought I was all set but when we showed up they could not find my registration. Thankfully the staff was able to give me a room at about the same price than I had been quoted by Expedia.
Otherwise the staff was all very helpful, the room was fine, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired with no truly sustaining food (all fast digesting carbs...)."

"The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk."

"The beds had body hair in them, the locks on the doors were broken, there were no towels, the pool was green and had algae floating on top. We couldn’t stay and had to cancel and find a hotel down the road. The only bright point was that the hotel staff was super nice and cancelled for our entire group without any problem."

"We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room.
I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...
