Sophia is a writer who wrote her first \u201cessay\u201d when she was just six years old. Her mother decided that she had a knack for languages and that she should become a lawyer. She was right about the first part. Sophia then spent the last 10 years writing for entertainment and lifestyle publications, where she got to meet some really interesting and inspiring people, and share their stories with the rest of the world. She loves entertainment, sports and seeing the world. Sometimes nerdy, Sophia occasionally wears mascara.<\/p>\n

What’s your worst travel experience?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Probably being stuck in traffic for 10 hours on a drive to Kuala Lumpur from Penang. It was the post Lunar New Year rush and I was a kid back then, so I didn\u2019t really have much say in the matter!<\/p>\n

What’s your best travel experience?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

One of the best experiences I\u2019ve ever had was scuba diving in Sipadan. It\u2019s been 6 years and I still rave about it.<\/p>\n

What’s your top travel destination and why?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s too hard to pick one! Probably anywhere with a beautiful beach, although there is something about visiting Europe that is also pretty special.<\/p>\n

Share a top travel tip<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When packing for a trip, \u201cbring half the clothes and double the money.” I read this online so it\u2019s not my tip, but it\u2019s really stuck to me.<\/p>\n
