You must provide the customer service representative with all requested information relating to the lower price including, without limitation, the address of the website on which the lower price is available, the identity of the relevant travel goods or services and the applicable dates for use of same. Failure to provide the customer service representatives with sufficient evidence or details of the lower price may result in invalidation of your claim. For verification of non-prepaid hotel bookings, the customer service representative will instruct you to email an electronic copy of your hotel receipt within 30 days after you have completed the hotel stay. Verified requests will receive a refund to their credit card used for booking within approximately 7-10 days of verification.
Changes. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
