"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"This is a lovely hotel and I rebooked it because of the lovely experience I previously had. Unfortunately I could not say the same for this trip. None of the VIP services were observed and the hotel was at maximum occupancy with other guest getting preferred treatment . Such a shame"

"Stayed here as a hotel near Lords whilst watching the cricket. We were delighted that the hotel had the service of checking in before 10 and being able to leave our baggage and it being in our hotel room on our return from the cricket.
