"The property is centrally located to Yale, Toads for concerts, is close to highway and train station. Great restaurants within a short walk. One recommendation would be a locked entry from the parking garage as there is direct access to the hotel room floors. The garage is also gated, but the added layer would have made me feel more secure. Overall, great stay and I’d definitely come back!"

"Stayed here the weekend of my 50th Yale reunion. I cannot thank the hotel staff for taking such excellent care of me and their other guests. Reception was friendly, welcoming, and courteous; my room was beautifully clean and spacious, design highly functional, sleep quality excellent; breakfast was simple but good, with excellent service. I have friends in New Haven, and will happily stay here again when I come to visit them."

"There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets.
