"The address was incorrect, there is an additional charge of $50 non refundable deposit or a $500 refundable deposit -- given how un-trustworthy the experience was it's unlikely to get any $ back. . The check in process was shady. We didn't even check In . We didn't stay there"

"Imagine the middle of the night you fly your team to Toronto and theybare given three different addresses to go to. Finally enter the so called hotel to find out it is nothing like the photos and you have to enter via someone's office. Then you discover someone in one of the rooms. Seriously bad and next level dangerous. To top if off they stole $550 from my card for "damages" even though we never stayed there. One week later still not refunded. Do not trust these guys they are next level dodgy"

"We will definitely stay at Nester Finn in the future, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience that was perfect for our trip. "L'hébergement est bien situé et accessible avec le métro et le Tramway. Chambre propre il y avait des serviettes et champoin et savon disponibles.
Le personnel est accueillant et serviable surtout en cuisine. On devrait avoir un endroit aux étages où on peut avoir de la glace pour l'eau et les boissons.
Les repas sont bons et variés nous avions beaucoup de choix.
On peut venir séjourner en famille et se sera bien.
Une seule remarque l'heure d'arrivée (04 Pm) et de départ (09 Am) sont trop...

"Simple and clear instructions, we got assigned a suite in a high rise building in the heart of down town, with all the amenities as expected. There is no on-site reception, but instructions are sufficient, and everything was very smooth. The support team was responsive and quick via SMS and emails. Given the reasonable prices, the great suites and all the amenities, I would highly recommend!"
