"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lenox Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. "This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our first stay in Boston, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was adorable and the bed was so comfortable! I love that we were able to walk everywhere and we were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for the day. Will definitely stay here next time!"

"Classic medium-sized hotel from the 1920s. Nice, slightly small rooms (but they upgraded me to a suite!!), very comfortable. Very attentive staff. Excellent location in beautiful Back Bay."
