"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The hotel was newly updated, large rooms for NYC, and they even had a balcony! The location was good being near 5th Avenue in Park Slope where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, cafes. Stan was a great help there - helping us with suitcases and bringing us ice etc. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was slow- one of them was not operating, so we did use the stairs quite often. We would stay there again!"

"Overall this stay was fine. Nice bed and clean. Expect a small room. Very close to Union station stop. The noise really got to me by the last day. The front desk running the vacuum at 7:30 am after a night of people coming home at 11, 2 am, 4am and starting to leave for their day at 6 am. The doors are a heavy slam. I was in a room on the same floor as the front desk and I could hear everything they say at that desk. It was a no sleep weekend until I found my earplugs."

"Terrible place dirty and smelly and moldy and no parking"

"Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."

"Bedroom was dirty specially the bathroom poorly cleaned, team was confused when we arrived setting us up on a wrong bedroom as we paid for a king size bed and the put us on a queen size bed, changing it when we check on the next day."

"If you need a place close to an event or family in Crown Heights, it’s convenient. However, booked an executive suite and the only difference to that and a smaller room was the size. Shower head worked but the wand did not. Had to ask for towels. Had to ask for pillows that didn’t smell, walls and lamps were in need of repair, and tv channels were limited- no local channels no ability to stream. Lobby was not inviting. Staff is not very helpful and rooms don’t get tidied or cleaned unless you...
