"A little over priced for what you get as the bathroom is very small. No privacy on balcony and the bed is 2 single beds when I booked a double, which was disappointing as when you pay so much you hope for a proper double bed not 2 singles pushed together. I also asked them not to make our beds when I went to drop my laundry off and said to just drop off clean towels with clean laundry and they made our beds anyway which was not ideal as I had my belongings on the bed and asked them not to and I...

"Great property, nice and clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, yoghurts, breads from the local bakery, cold meats, cheese and bacon and eggs plus other cereals etc. Shower was good, although the hot water cut out once for a few moments which wasn’t great. The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel."

"Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. "

"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

"After a fantastic, long and relaxing journey on the Glacia Express from Chur to Zermatt, we arrived at Hotel Sarazena around 9pm. Diana had left us a nice note, apologising for not being present, but enclosed the keys to our room, and that we would deal with check-in in the morning. "My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"
