"Honestly, after reading some of the reviews regarding this establishment, I was quite nervous as to what to expect.
After staying there, I can confidently say that this property was fantastic. The room was clean, had everything needed, including a coffee machine, the bed was extremely comfortable, no traffic noise and the best thing was the secure yard/parking with locked gates. "It was windy and rainy when we flew into Melbourne but we were able to get to the hotel easily and most of the walk was undercover which was good. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Virgin luggage carousel to the hotel.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a free shuttle back to the airport at 03:30 the next morning which was handy, given the weather hadn't improved. We'd stay there again if we had a very early flight out of Tullamarine."

"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem."

"Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. Had a small meal prior to 6 pm at the Collins restaurant which was fine, breakfast arrived 8.30 am seated quickly staff were good. The Meal which we had small spoon of baked beans, mushrooms, scrambled egg, bacon were nearly cold only hot item was the hash brown. Two coffees to follow were good, staff was very good. ...
