"I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. "After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "

"Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed"

"Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. "Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin...

"Overall, this hotel is very nice! The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The shower was amazing, they have Starbucks downstairs and a steakhouse on the 17th floor! The only downside was the pool seemed very foggy and the hot tub was NOT clean! There was some buildup of dirt in the hot tub. Also, the lights in our room were acting weird at some points which was kind of spooky."

"The rooms were dirty and very outdated. I originally had a room on level 3 but quickly changed rooms after a filthy room with stains on walls and bedding. The second room Was somewhat better but it’s because I cleaned it myself and changed my own sheets."

"Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! Didn't look anything like the photos. There want any chairs in the room only the bed and half the lights didn't work. We got a King bed smoking and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!"

I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing.
