The rooms were not clean, tub had active mold growing and under the beds had not been swept in a long time. Dirt and sand like substance all over the floors, when walking in socks in the room they were black from carpet not being cleaned or swept in long time. Do not recommend this place to stay. Staff acted like we were incovince to them asking to check in and they were rude.

The stay was as expected close to everyday shopping, there was grass and a trail to walk my dog.

The hotel is in a great location and close to Notre Dame, as well as the highway. The hotel was in ok condition, as the carpets NEED replaced, however the room was comfortable once in bed and clean otherwise.

Sheets were clean but with residual “stains”. Front desk did not answer phone. Curtains are designed not to close so besides privacy, exterior flood lights prevent darkened room. Carpet is tacky and room has a smell. That may be why AC set to 66. OTH, staff is nice. If this is “Plus”, not sure what base accommodations are.

It was exactly what you’d expect for the price. The hotel is clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was limited but there were eggs, bacon, waffles and coffee so not bad. This is not a fancy hotel but if you are looking for somewhere clean and safe for the night for less than $100 it was pretty good.

We only stayed 1 night. They are pet friendly and have side entrances where we could safely bring our 3 chihuahuas in without a lot of chaos. It was located where we could find it easily and not have to go out of our way. The continental breakfast was exceptional

We’ve stayed in a few best western plus hotels that have been like staying in a holiday inn express. This hotel wasn’t like that, but pretty good for the economical price. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly!

Don’t use the sofa sleeper and avoid the breakfast

We had a king room with a sofa sleeper. Sofa sleeper mattress had a large blood stain on it. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper. No mattress cover, no fitted sheets, no blankets. The front desk said they didn’t have the bedding fur sofa sleepers but gave us a couple sheets and a blanket. The room itself was nice other than the sofa sleeper issue. It was fairly quiet. The AC was set as low as possible but had trouble cooling the room. It wasn’t unbearable but the only way we could sleep was without the covers on. The worst part was the breakfast. My expectations are generally low for hotel breakfasts but this place was disgusting. We went when the breakfast opened at 6 AM and it was clear they were serving food from at least the day before if not older. The sausage was dried out and hard as a rock. The eggs were these rubbery circles that looked like they belonged on a cheap gas station breakfast sandwich. My wife did enjoy the coffee machine. Overall it’s not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but for the money we paid it should have been a lot better.

Room needed a deep clean. Killed a roach on the ceiling and noticed cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Area was great.

The room was very clean - the odor of the cleaning chemicals was extremely strong. The clean room was great but the heavy chemical smell was horrible for my allergies. We really appreciate that they have pet friendly facilities!!!! We travel with our little 5 pound dog and it’s nice to know we can find a place to stay with him. People in the nearby room were really loud- especially considering the late hour. The hotel itself was very good but, again, they might tone it down on the heavy use of cleaning products.
