"The rooms are very basic and small but perfect for a cheaper option in the expensive city. We were basically just in the rooms to sleep so it worked out well. The only complaint was the door didn’t lock well and the shower didn’t drain. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, they offer $3 per bag luggage storage after checkout if you want to explore the city more which came in handy! I would stay again if I was ever back in NYC."
"The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things.
The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which made my stay less convenient. The bathroom shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use.
The breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few options available, and guests were limited to choosing only one item. This was not what I expected based on the information provided when I booked the hotel.
What disappointed me the most was the additional fee of $46 per day charged by the hotel. This fee was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process, and I felt surprised by this extra cost upon arrival.
Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the additional charges and the lack of basic amenities"
"The location is excellent, close to everything, but you can hear street noise in the rooms. The grab-and-go breakfast only has three boring options. Also, the shower area doesn't have a door, and the bathroom floods every time it's used. You have to use the towels to dry the floor."
"There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. What breakfast?--none Grout around the tub and shower was orange and mildewy.
Maid service was good."
