"The location is beautiful. The room was inaccurate. I was thankful it did not get cold enough to use the fireplace but will come back in the fall.

"Breakfast was fantastic. The gym area was pretty standard for hotels. Rating 4 stars because the key cards demagnetized every day. It's an inconvenience if you're in a rush or have kids or carrying bags. We were warned about the key cards at check in, so we were aware this could happen. The rooms are not turned down daily. "We enjoyed our stay at the cove very much. The unit was about as big as my home studio apartment. 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom and another queen fold out in the living area. The bathroom was also spacious and well lit.
The kitchenette was great but would be even better if a small microwave was added. The community microwave in the “play room” was better than nothing but a wee bit of a distance for us. The ice machine worked once in the 5 days we stayed. Bought bags of ice at the liquor...

"Super, super location in the North End, and a very friendly staff. Our room was quite comfortable -- great bed, very large bathroom, very clean. Public spaces are nice, and the added touch of chilled towels in the lobby is very nice on a warm and humid day.
Less good: it's 2026, so why am I unplugging a lamp in order to have a place to plug in my phone? Why am I literally on my knees under the desk so I can plug in my laptop? There's a charging station on one side of the bed; we need it on...
