Unfortunately, this vacation did not live up to expectations. Check-in was completely disorganized It took nearly an hour just to get wristbands and room numbers, all while standing in a hot lobby with no fans or proper ventilation. While the rooms themselves were comfortable, housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Over our 7-day stay, our room was only cleaned 2-3 times. Towels were another issue, what we received were small floor towels, not standard bath towels. It took multiple calls (sometimes 3 or more) just to get proper towels or an extra blanket. Unfortunately, poolside bar service was inconsistent. At the central pool, the bartenders looked disengaged and unapproachable, making it uncomfortable to ask for service. Dinner reservations were limited to just 3 for our 7-night stay, which was very disappointing. The buffet itself had good food and hardworking chefs at the stations, but the table service was poor. Getting water was a chore we had to ask multiple servers several times before getting any. The Italian restaurant was the worst dining experience by far. We arrived at 7:53 PM for an 8 PM reservation and were told to wait the full 7 minutes, despite several empty tables. The evening entertainment in the lobby was consistently fun and engaging. The entertainment team truly worked hard and made our nights enjoyable with music, dancing, and positive energy. Between the poor service, long wait times, and uncomfortable dining experience, we will not be returning
