"The view from the room was fantastic. However the bathroom had roaches towels left from the previous guest in the shower curtain. It was supposed to be a full kitchen it had no forks no knives and only a 8 inch pan. It was supposed to have daily maid service but I had to call everyday for towels and wash clothes. And the dishwasher was leaking and we never used it."

"Definitely a bit of a shock from what the pictures and other reviews stated. The room was nice but definitely could use some TLC. The kitchen was great - having the option to at least have some meals “home,” vs always eating out.
When we walked in, the room looked like it was cleaned in a rush. Debris in the corners and in the couches. Some mold was growing in the grout of the master bathroom. One of the TVs and the safe was not working. However, a quick phone call and maintenance and...
