I would hope for a frequent shuttle schedule assigned, otherwise it is a bit hustle to get to the main street spots. I used on-site Spa, very good, 7th floor club, a swimming pool with a nice F&B attached, very nice overlooking view too. Thank you!

the rooms wear great however the pool has tiles missing form the floor the walk way around the pool had broken lights and electrics exposed the pool lights wear green with algid the pool bar on the top floor had broken decking and looked tired and old the smell of weed around the pool was disgusting i have stayed hear three times and this will be my last The good points wear the staff wear great and very helpful Shame too see such a nice place start to fall into disrepair on the up side the staff wear great and helpful

shower Water temperature inconsistent (i could not finish a 10 minute shower with hot water), old building, housekeepers very inexperienced (they left my room door unlocked and open after cleaning once, and anyone could have just come in and taken things. They also left their dirty cleaning rags in my room more than once. I stayed 5 nights.), good amount of space in the suite, pool area is nice, WiFi was poor and unacceptable, not generally a nice hotel but nice location, would not book here again.

Nice place for families, although I was not traveling with a family. Facilities were nice, staff was great and the nightlife was just a 10 minute easy walk away. Downside is it’s a bit loud. Can hear every slamming door outside the hallway from inside the room.

Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. Could be more thorough with thrirt Hotel has a self service laundromat on the ground floor. Ample free parking with easy access to elevators to get to your room.

The room is more worn than appears in website pictures. There is no vanity in bathroom only a sink which makes it hard to get ready for the day. Also no towel racks make it hard to know where to put your towels after a shower except the floor. Shower was weird, water sprayed everywhere, would get 1/4 of the bathroom floor wet while showering. Most everything else was fine. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were in Kamala to celebrate my 60th birthday for 6 nights and it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. The accommodation was apartment style with spacious and separated kitchen, living, bathroom, bedroom and balcony areas. I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we each had our own room. Management tried to do the right thing by situating us in the same complex within close proximity of each other, however there was an adjacent property where earthworks were taking place so there was a lot of construction noise. We asked the wonderful team at reception if we could be moved which they accommodated on our second day so we weren’t inconvenienced in any way as the noise ceased promptly at 5pm. The breakfasts were scrumptious, there were plenty of pools to choose from, but our favourite was the New York rooftop bar and pool where we enjoyed cocktails and the best pizza any of us had ever had. There's a regular tuk tuk shuttle to Kamala Beach arriving there in less than 5 minutes but when one of them was booked out the driver happily came back to collect us outside of the scheduled time. It was only a 10-15 minute walk anyway with the village markets and lots of shops and eateries. Transport to other areas was easily accessible and economical using Grab, and we took advantage of that to go to the main shopping mall about 35 minutes away, as well as one of the best restaurants in Patong where we celebrated my actual birthday over dinner. The spa was absolutely glorious.
