"The room was clean and quirky absolutely loved it, The hotel was quiet, didnt know what to expect but we were never dissapointed at any time. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "Hotel is conveniently located, it is stunning from the moment you walk in the front door. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully themed. We had a room with 2 large double beds which were very comfortable. The room was an excellent size with everything we needed and more. Its stunning, clean, lots of towels, robes, mini fridge, tea making facilities and a lovely choice of toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great location, but disappointing overall. Stayed for a week and one of the three elevators was out of service the entire time. The other two were extremely slow, with waits over 15 minutes on multiple occasions, causing me to be late for an appointment. Rooms are not well soundproofed, especially on weekends. I also noticed a torn bed cover and dust in the room. Not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel."

"Check in was a disaster. The room we booked wasn’t available. We were upgraded to a smaller room that had no bed for my daughter. Then offered the same tiny room with a camp bed in it for my teenager! Then we were showed another tiny room with a sofa bed which when pulled out ment we had to climb over sofa bed to get in our bed! We had booked a family studio and what we booked was not what we got. We were lied too by the receptionist. There was no management there we could speak too and baring...

"Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Would recommend for a stay in central Manchester."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."

"Rahi, Mahamed and Lani at reception were very helpful. Rahi found us a room close to the elevator. Mahamed who just joined the team greeted us warmly, gave us some wildflower seeds to take with us and plant at home. Lani managed to secure us a large illustrated city map. The fruit infused water at reception was very welcome after an exciting day of travel. The bar staff helped us when they saw we needed their assistance.
