Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. "We have stayed many times & love it's location, so close to everything. The only complaint this time was that on the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights,1 at the beginning & 1 at the end of our Hunter Valley holiday in different rooms) the TV didn't work & the lovely man on reception finally fixed it up for up for us. "This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release."
