"No elevator to 2nd floor. :-(
Shame on Expedia for showing stairs in the photo but NOT mentioning that there was NO Elevator.
It was very challenging for a 77 year old woman to drag her suitcase up the stairs. And Best Western employees DID NOT off to help.

"What a great place to stay!!! Family friendly and very helpful with all of our needs. They really looked out for us and provided a car space right outside the front door of the hotel for a reasonable price. It was in close proximity of the Mets game where they actually won one! Would go back next time in the city!!!"

"Very nice staff, small fitness room, there was a lot going on in the lobby, a flood had happened and their elevator had just stopped working. But overall it wasn’t too bad."
