"Very helpful staff!! On way home Sun 6/7, we stored our luggage at the hotel while we went to a show. The Tony Awards were being held this date at Radio City Music Hall, directly across the street from the hotel. Getting back to the hotel location was challenging due to street shutdowns but once we got there, Jessie went out of his way to assist us. "The hotel itself was very nice and close to everything. I forgot my toothbrush and staff were so helpful to accommodate me with a lot of stuff. Me and my wife traveled with our two dachshunds and everyone at the hotel, guests and staff were so welcoming and friendly."
