"Great location, cozy and beautifully designed. Thoughtful room additions, tea and snacks. Vintage style radio alarm woke me up at the break of dawn from previous setting which wasn't ideal and maybe needs looking at. Breakfast was a little expensive for tiny portion - could do with a little added embelishment, fruit or something. Omelette was just that - a small omelette with a thin slice of toast and I had to request butter. I would stay again but not sure the breakfast is worth the price...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol.
