"The hotel was very clean and the lobby area was very well maintained. I did not think some parts of the room were as well cared for, the decorative wallpaper was peeling off the wall in our room. The beds were very comfortable, but the AC seems to have a motion sensor so it will continue to cut off while you're sleeping; beware the summer months. The front desk was not always manned, but the valet staff was the absolute best I have ever experienced."

"We enjoyed our one-night stay at The Watermark hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for us but others may appreciate that. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and had a good quality to it. The location was also great and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not make it to the fitness center or bar."

"This is a very updated hotel in the Virginia vicinity of DC. The room was modern and very clean. It had modern facilities. However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️"

"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"I stayed in the Diplomat Suite at The Hamilton Hotel for five nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection in the suite was extremely unreliable and often unusable, which created significant problems because I was working remotely during my stay. "A good place for an airport stop although we booked it thinking it was on site but it needed a taxi / transfer. Staff were brilliant. Customer service excellent Rooms were a bit tired especially the bathroom but as a place to stay when travelling would highly recommend"
