"TV hard to operate. Asked front desk for help, they had no idea. Sent engineer who said new system and not sure how to operate. No magnifying mirror and didn’t know what that was. . No safe in room, offered safe deposit box at front desk. Comparable to motel 6. Breakfast $17.95 for only basic foods. $200+ per night for 1* type hotel. No reason to ever come back."

"We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). Our room had a king bed and a couch that had a pullout. My kids loved the room.

"I was disappointed with this hotel. Expedia showed a 9+ rating, but my experience did not match that at all.
The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. The carpet did not feel clean, which made the room feel uncomfortable overall. The TV was quite small and poorly positioned, making it difficult to watch comfortably.
