"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return The staff was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pull-out bed was in terrible condition—uncomfortable, dirty, and difficult to set up. It was nearly impossible to get sheets or pillows for it, so if you plan on using it, you’re honestly better off bringing your own air mattress. Housekeeping stops after 3 PM, which is inconvenient, and overall the staff treats guests more like a burden...

"We have been staying at this property for a few years now. Property was built brand new in 2020. It is now six years old and the property has been getting some of its first wave of updates. Look to be new televisions installed in the rooms, Samsung UHD HDR smart TVs with many apps built in. New throw pillows on the couches are a nice addition. Beds are still unbelievably comfortable and the highlight when it comes time to sleep. Kitchens were fully stocked and had some new cutlery. We had two...
