"There is no restaurant on site, but the reception gave us a menu from a restaurant that delivers, and placed the order for us. There was nice outdoor seating near the pool. The food was very good. Our room was cramped, but the beds were very comfortable, and the A/C and shower were good. One outlet was dead and there was a shelf behind the bed that had damaged finish (sticky) possibly because someone had used the wrong cleaning agent. "I requested a room with a walk in shower. I did not request an accessible room. I arrived quite late in the evening. My room was on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!)
I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for...
