"The reception and room itself was excellent and the room was cosy with comfortable mattress and was super clean.
The only problem was a waitress at the restaurant (young black girl with glasses), she missed part of my order hence I was never served it. I was surprised by it as it wasn't even busy as it was Sunday evening (7.06). Didn't ask about the food or informed about the part of the order when she took a plate (it shouldnt be my responsibility to chase what Ive ordered). Majority of time...

"Hotel for airport convenience only, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have this. Walk to terminal is 10mins but otherwise pokey not particularly clean. Dated and not worth the price, but limited choice for convenience to terminal first thing in the morning"

"I’m a regular but this time I experienced something somewhat discomforting - the radiator was making a lot of noise on and off (despite the fact that it wasn’t turned on). Maintenance appeared to have tried to rectify the problem. But on my second night, the radiator suddenly became very noisy again. It was quite late already and I didn’t want to switch room. Luckily, the noise level reduced about the time I went to bed"
