"Even aside from the whole palace aspect, this was an immaculate hotel with wonderful staff and an exceptional emphasis on cleanliness. The housekeeping staff definitely deserve recognition and praise. A good location to boot. My only complaint is a minor one: the fresh orange juice at breakfast was so bland it was perhaps the only time I have tasted something that tasted negatively on the sweetness scale. A fascinating but disappointing experience in an otherwise amazing stay. Would stay again."

"Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF...

"Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service.
