"Excellent location next to Paddington Station. Lots of great restaurants around. Buses easily available. HopOnHopOff bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hyde Park is a ten minute walk. The downside, as others have stated, is that the rooms are small; two of us couldn't open our suitcases at the same time. "The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."

"Gute, für Londoner Verhältnisse günstige Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten eher schmal, aber ausreichend. Das breitere der beiden Betten war für zwei Personen gedacht, hatte aber nur eine Decke. Es war aber kein Problem eine weitere zu bekommen. Es gab rund um die Uhr gratis Kaffee, Tee und Milch.
