"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."

"The hotel is having construction works which is difficult to appreciate as a Customer. You are not fully aware until you finalise Booking. And it is underrates « we are working on an elevator » while basically all the corridors etc are being renewed. Rooms on the 4th Floor have low ceiling… "

"Clean room. Loved the marble bathroom. It’s a quaint and peaceful hotel with lots of historical monuments to explore nearby. The spa is free which includes a Sauna and Cold Plunge! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful nature and complete silence and tranquility!"

"Enjoyed my stay here much more than I expected. (4x nights, vacation) Will be recommending to everyone I like and coming back next time I’m in Stockholm! Location - 10/10. Ended up walking most everywhere because the weather was enjoyable and I had the time. Tons of good food, sites, and shopping nearby. Surprisingly easy to access via public transit (bus/metro stops within a couple blocks) Staff - 10/10. Friendly and tremendously helpful. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience....

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"
