"Simple but comfortable."

"Everything was great and the breakfast and daily reception were the best. The location was convenient for our trip to the DC area. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the indoor pool was closed for much of the day for baby swimming lessons."

"The temperature in the room never went below 71, despite a complaint and attempted remediation from the staff. The fam the staff delivered to the room Was much appreciated, however it was v dirty. It was impossible to stay in the room without using the fan and that triggered difficulty in breathing for all the next day."

"The strict enforcement of the non-smoking policy leaves the rooms fresh and clean. The hotel is nicely updated, and the Metro stop next door is extremely convenient. I always stay here when in DC."

"Very nice size room. Very very pleased with the temperature and water pressure of the shower. A plus! Didn’t like that the fridge doesn’t keep food cold. Huge plus with restaurant in the hotel. Hotel location is superb. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this stay and would stay here again."

"Just drive through for one night. I will say pretty photos on their site, our shower tub sprout is detached so shower water coming from the shower head and tub sprout. Charge stations no power, vent covered with dust. Hallway looks creepy cool white lights. Bedding is ok… may that’s the price got we get them."

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. The front desk wouldn’t remove the charges until I told her I wasn’t leaving without it being taken off. It wasn’t the greatest experience but...

"I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent."

"There were several issues with this property. First, the closet had a strong musty odor that caused my clothes to absorb the smell. Second, although the pool was advertised as being open, it was not open during the posted operating hours. Finally, there was a general unpleasant odor throughout the hallways. I would not recommend staying there"

"The staff were professional but not particularly engaging or willing to go the out of their way. The hotel was spotless but could use some refreshing. What aggravated me was the parking now has a mercenary upcharge. I have stayed at the property multiple times and it has a HUGE outdoor parking lot and now they are charging for it (as of march 2026). No parking attendants, or security, just a big lot outside the hotel that can more than service the patrons. NO reason to charge."
