"Great Location, clean property"

"Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very small, which is self explained due to the age of the building. The same is true for the elevators, they are so old I was waiting for the doors to open and see the Beatles in the elevator. I had two beefs, one was with valet parking aas when we got to the Omni and when we left the hotel there was no effort by the Valet to even offer to help with our 2 pieces of luggage but they looked forward to a tip. "Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Place was clean and in the perfect location, the rooms are decorated very nicely. We loved our stay."

"The best thing about the property is the location. The best way to describe the room is plastic. The bath/shower controls were dirty and the control for the bathtub was missing. The A/C was fine and the bed fairly comfortable. The cost of the room was outrageous as a result of the timing; it was Georgetown University's graduation weekend. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea available downstairs and no bathroom amenities."

"Our room didn’t have electricity the technician opened the utility box to turn it on then he said it was never broke. The heat didn’t work. The restaurant didn’t have any almond milk Inc act one day they said they didn’t have any milk. The rooms are very small. There no extra toilet paper in the room I had to ask for another roll."

"Location is exactly what we were looking for. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area and a beautiful park across the road. We took taxis to the main attractions which worked out great for us. The area of DuPont Circle is a real gem. Highly recommend it as a base for visiting DC."
