"The room is old and the bed was uncomfortable pillow sizes like children pillows, I woke up the next morning with a neck pain, didn’t get any rest, the slots are tight I lose $2,428.00 , the food very expensive . Casino homeless begging for money I used to like Pala back in 2023-2024 totally went downhill. I’ll take my business elsewhere, better to drive a little farther to Palm Springs. Never again. I had to pay resort fee after all the money I spend , I asked if they can waive it they said...

"The rooms are pretty small. They promote them as being renovated, but it looks like “property management special.” They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though."

"It had a very decent size fridge, microwave, coffee, hair dryer, which we were happy to have. The photos of this place are deceiving. We had a king room and it was extremely small, but we made it work. What we didn't like was the cleanliness. Both nightstands had stuck on crud that needed to be scraped off with a razor, like sticky candy or ice cream that had been dried on and stuck there for a while. It was pretty disgusting."
