Property is dirty. Everything is outdated. We are 2 people staying for 6 nights but bathroom supplies were very poor with only 2 towels and one small roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags. Got very slow response from host when asking for more towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Location is very far from central. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Not worth it for the money.

DO NOT STAY HERE – MISLEADING LISTING AND UNRESPONSIVE HOST My family and I booked two “Superior Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartments,” and both units were extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. As soon as we entered, there was a strong foul odor, and the apartments were visibly unclean. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. In my unit, we found bugs on the ceiling and along the bathroom wall, a leaking toilet, a dirty kitchen, and a broken door leading to the outdoor washing machine area. The second apartment had similar problems, including ants crawling throughout the kitchen. We immediately contacted the host multiple times—via calls, texts, and messages—sharing photos and videos and asking him to meet us to resolve the situation. We received no response at all. Due to the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute, at a significantly higher cost. Before leaving, we documented everything, left the keys on the kitchen counter, and informed the host—again with no reply to this day. In addition to losing the cost of our 4-night booking, we also lost our deposit. We have filed a complaint with Expedia and are still waiting for a full refund due to false advertising. To make matters worse, several members of our family experienced rashes and headaches for two days after staying in the apartment. This was supposed to be the start of our vacation after a 24+ hour journey, it turned into a nightmare!

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience so future renters are aware. I booked accommodation at “Landmark 81 & Vinhomes Lexington” for a short trip, and from the very first night things went wrong. The bed mattress was placed upside down, which gave me a terrible backache. When I tried to flip it, I discovered the other side was extremely dirty, with a large wet stain. It was obvious this was the reason the mattress had been turned upside down in the first place. From there, the real nightmare began. No matter how many times I tried to contact the person in charge, nobody was willing to help. The check-in staff told me to reach out directly, but when I called and messaged, the person simply ignored me, even though I could see my messages were read. Expedia also tried to contact the property on my behalf to resolve the issue, but they had no success either. After two days of trying, I gave up and had to move to another accommodation at my own expense. My advice: avoid this property at all costs.

It took us a few times to get a hold of the host to get the key cards and access to the apartment on the day we checked in. We tried to contact them a day in advance of our check-in as Expedia suggested and there was no response. The apartment also looked different from the online photos drastically. There was no TV in the bedroom. The mattress was thin and uncomfy. Missing piece on the wall and baseboard in the bedroom. Stains on the couch were covered by a dirty black throw. The water in one bathroom sink did not go down well and the other bathroom sink did not work on the 4th day. No housekeeping on the 4th day. We sent msgs and called the host/agent number many times and there was no response. I had to contact Expedia two times and Expedia could not get a response from the host the first time. The second time the host said they would contact me and resolve the issues. But they did not. The two sinks were fixed on the 7th day and the bedsheets were changed and the trash was taken out on the 7th day. No bath mats and only one small cup in the cupboard. No communication about what we needed to do and how on the day we checked out. We contacted the host again and there was no response. An agent we tried to contact let us know we could leave the key cards on the table. In all, I paid for the superior apartment (not traditional one which is cheaper) and it is not as nice as it looked. Most importantly, communication from the host was very poor. Not good experience as expected.

This is my second time staying here. The accommodation is very good, quiet, and private. The location is good, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It is easy to walk there. It is close to shopping areas and the subway station. The owner of the accommodation contacted and helped quickly, along with useful advice. This is definitely the accommodation that I will choose when I return to Ho Chi Minh City again.

I do not like to stay there. The neighborhoo very lound. Music turning very loud and other neighbors was fighting each other. I check out in the next moring instead staying for 2 more nights. I made contact with the owner of this apt, unfortunetly NO reply back . I wpuld NOT return to this place anymore in the future

Great location near Madam Win. The place is tucked inside an alley and it’s quiet. Very clear messages and instructions. I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage in the storage area where theres a camera. Photos are real, just slightly dated. No issues. There’s no view out of the window but you definitely get privacy!

I already miss my room! It was so cosy and felt like at home. Very convenient location while hidden in the side street so no noises around. Very clean and convenient room with everything you need. Enough space for your things!

Only positive things to say about this wonderful place. Every detail is considered and the hosting is as good as it can be. There are several small details like complimentary snacks, small notes so you know how to use things, superb cleaning and an overall feeling of warmth. The location is a short walk from some lovely cafes and food options. I recommend this place highly.

The location from the airport is fantastic and really made our first couple of nights in Vietnam very comfortable. We walked an hour and was in amongst busy district 1 which we loved. The apartment has every you need, added touch of pool of and gym is great. Would definitely recommend.
