"We arrived to find that the hotel had no power due to a storm that came through earlier in the day. We were told the power went out around 12:30 pm, and we arrived at 5:30 pm. The two staff behind the desk had no idea about restoration time or what a refund would look like. They were not knowledgeable on how to handle customers who didn't want to stay. "I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were...

"We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!"

"I was really impressed with the patience of the receptionist. She was with a client who just was a needy one and she gently guided him through the process. When it was our turn, she was gracious and so efficient! The breakfast had a really great assortment and we appreciated the friendly breakfast staff."

"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

However, the breakfast staff were incredibly slow. We nearly walked out but the couple before us did walk out and we were seated next. Honestly, the staff should have been able to handle the amount of tables but were not efficient. We had to get up and find silverware and napkins for ourselves even though it was wait to be seated full...

"The sheets didn’t seem like they were clean they had marks on them did find a couple of bugs, and the carpet was kind of squishy, meaning probably needs to be replaced. I thought they were supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was none that I could find. The area was kind of suspect a few people look like they shouldn’t be there and did not have rooms there that I could tell just sitting in the parking lot. I asked twice to get clean towels. You only get one set of towels, one set...
