"Beautiful property, but if you stay here be sure to get the all inclusive package or bring a LOT of extra money! Everything had the price listed as cost++. Which meant the price listed + 17% for taxes (ok, they can’t do anything about that) but the + another 10% for the resort. Just because they can?? I wasn’t a big fan of the food either. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"
