"One elevator broke the entire time of our stay. And the other elevator broke down a few times so had to take stairs to 6th floor. The staff said elevators have been issue for quite some time. They need that corrected ASAP."

"I genuinely appreciate the cleanliness of the place, but unfortunately, the outlets weren’t functioning properly. As a result, we had to rely on our portable chargers."

"Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."

"The best part is the convenient location… walking distance from the space center & monorail. I liked the breakfast spread as well which varies from one day to another, the studio style room was quite spacious with a window view of the space needle. We enjoyed our 2 day-stay there."

"Normally I dont got much to complain about but from the moment we got there the bathrooms were dirty early check in wasn't available who places like that and the about they charge we shouldn't have to wait till 4pm to check in are had a bad smell and some lights didn't work we also tryed eating at the dine in restaurant the food was sloppy and had hair in it Im requesting some kind of refund back"
