"We were on the 16th floor and the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason!! People on the lower floors said there was something on the intercom stating everyone needed to evacuate the building, but there is no intercom system where we were! All of us in the 16th floor were looking at each other confused because we didn’t know what was going on and no one to answer the front desk phone, so down 16 flights of stairs we went to find that something was just wrong with the alarm and they had no idea...

"Just a more productive valet system"

"The out door pool was over crowded with kids, with towels and stuff everywhere, indoor pool was dirty. The elevator, lol only 2 worked, then one worked. 90% of the channel on the TV didn't work, which they never mentioned, i drove for 11.50 hours to stay at this place for 2 days. Was not worth it. I will stay somewhere else when I visit Virginia beach. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD TIME!!!! YOU THINK THEY WOULD DISCOUNT SOMETHING OR DO SOMETHING TO SHOW YOU THE ARE SORRY!!! HELLL NOO. "We enjoyed our one-night stay at The Watermark hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for us but others may appreciate that. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and had a good quality to it. The location was also great and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not make it to the fitness center or bar."

"The two separate bedroom set up was a great surprise. The easy access to the parking was perfect from our 5th floor room. Would definitely request that room again. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear full discussions of the room next to us."

"You definitely have plenty of pools and hot tub although the indoor poor could have been warmer.The room was clean. Restaurant where nice. Staff didn' t really know much about the town or things to do or ways to get around. And what you pay for a room, you are charged for parking too. But definitely could use alittle updating."
