"Great hotel"

"Checked in on a Friday and nothing was open until 4 PM bar wise or anything like that. The main pool was open, but the smaller pool with the lounge chairs was not open and didn’t have any water in there at all. You have to express checkout if you leave before 11. It’s just much different than it used to be."

"my room was in the ocean tower, old but maintained. Only thing is the room had a very small bathroom, 1 person max. Contrast that with their rendezvous tower....huge bathroom and decor Desk chair in my room is way to short to do work on the desktop"

"The property is in need of major updating. We were on the 19th floor and the elevators stopped working. We barely heard the fire alarm. We went to check out because we didn’t feel safe there and their “system” was down. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

"The AC was not strong enough during the day. Horribly humid. Of room had one of the beds with stains on the sheets. And finally, the guests next to us were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. I called twice, and was told someone would come up. They never did. The bar and restaurant downstairs was pretty nice. The room was pretty bad. I do not recommend."

"The cleaning levels were absolutely horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room because of heavy dust, only to be checked into another room that was even worst than the first. Dirty stained pillows on the bed, hair on wash cloths, thick dust on head board. Stains on the shower floor. Trash from a container in shower. Stains on and inside of the ice bucket container. Stains on top of dresser and floor. I found an ear ring backing in the bed under the sheets. The list goes on. I have photos...
