"Worst maintenance. Not been addressed after reporting of few requests."

"My family stayed here for 3 nights. The room is clean including the washroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful. AC is excellent & room 314 is quiet. The hotel is very close to the Termini & Republica subway stations about 5 minutes walk. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you wanted to explore Rome & the Vatican too."

"This is the worst place I have even been. We arrived after hauling our luggage to the far side of the campground at least 6 city blocks. The key worked very poorly and the door was hard to open. "The property was somewhat far from the Rome main historical sites. But the bus system was well put together. The breakfast was fenomenal. Plenty of food, and pretty much anything you want. A decent breakfasts makes a big difference when traveling to Roma."
