"Fuí hace más de 3 años y al reservar uno de los hoteles podías escoger el comer en cualquiera de los restaurantes y buffets. Ahora estás limitado solo a los de tu propiedad. El check in fué muy lento. La.comida sí estuvo riquísima y el trato de meseros y empleados en general es excelente. Las piscinas muy buenas y limpias. Definitivamente no creo que vuelva debido a que ahora recibo menos beneficios que cuando fuí antes y el costo para colmo ha subido mucho."

"5 star hotel. I don’t like the way the hotel tries to upsell you to a preferred tier when you check in. Why don’t they put those offers on Expedia so I can make that decision when I book the trip and not on a whim when I arrive to the resort. This seems to be a going trend among most resorts these days. The room service food was terrible. Other than that I would definitely recommend the resort."

"Resort had multiple Restaurants but had to wait long for assistance in restaurant and for food in those without buffet service. Had to wait 2 hour for a meal and when it came it was cold. They took a while to refill certain options in buffet restaurant and if you did not get there early enough certain items where no longer available. Hence reducing your choices. "Amazing experience, hospitality genuinely, ideal location"

"The hotel was beautiful, food was great but a little pricey. The view at the shake shack was pretty cool. Our tv kept glitching, but we were mostly out and about. We attended the Nelly show at Club Aura, and Nelly yelled to the house DJ to turn his volumes up and they couldn’t quite get it together, so at times it was pretty hard to hear him. Over all we had a great time."

"We traveled as a family of 3 with a toddler age 2. Overall, we enjoyed the all inclusive amenities offered at this facility. I felt there is something to keep my toddler occupied everyday -big shoutout to the kiddie water park. "En general el hotel está muy bien, los servicios son muy buenos. La comida y snack muy bien. Solo los baños comunes la mayoría de las veces estaban sucios, el baño de la habitación donde nos hospedamos de igual manera tuvo problemas. Considero que le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones."
