"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area."

"Excellent séjour en famille. La résidence est dans une zone calme, sécurisée. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soins. Nous sommes très satisfaits également du bar restaurant. Merci à vous, nous avons déjà prévu de revenir 😝"

"Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time. The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day. The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant...

"Séjour exécrable, j'ai été grugé. Je me suis rendu à l'adresse de la Résidence Ministre ou l'on m'a donné une fin de non recevoir. Quelques minutes après je reçois un message wattsapp m'invitant à me rendre à une autre adresse. Et là je constate que ce n'était pas le Résidence Ministre ma plutôt SAKOA... et les photos des chambres non conformes à ceux publiées sur le site... voir photos jointes. Je suis donc pas resté longtemps... il n'y avait même pas de serviettes. C'est alors même que...

"I was charged , did not stay in the location as they say they don't receive online bookings, and they do n ot either receive such payment, for that reason I was not allowed to checkin. Thanks for helping address this. For payment i had used my Onekeycash allowance"

"Bien que le séjour se soit bien passé, mais la facturation a été désagréable. L’hôtel avoue ne pas avoir de connexion avec Hôtel.com et donc exige le paiement à la caisse et demande au client de se débrouiller avec Hôtel.com, alors que ma carte de crédit a été débité. Cela ressemble à une arnaque."
