The front desk manager of this Super 8 does not understand customer service. He could not find my reservation, even after I spoke to him the day prior that we would not be arriving that night, due to a flight delay. Upon arrival the next day, he would not check us in, charged me for a no show for the day prior, and I had to have an Expedia representative call him personally to find the reservation. We did not end up staying here and found a better hotel for our weekend trip to the Redwoods. Save your money and energy, stay somewhere else.
