"I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation."

"Very poor property. Old, dirty, smelled, roaches, tv didn't work. No hot water at night for shower. Did have hot water the next morning."

"The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation."

"We stayed two days at this hotel. Breakfast both days was well organized, at least as good or better as other similar hotels and the area for eating was much cleaner than other hotels. The bedding was comfortable and the room darkening curtains helped us sleep on the schedule we preferred. I used the coin operated washer and dryer to get some laundry done and that was extremely helpful and convenient. The service desk had quarters in exchange for dollars. "There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting."
