"I love this hotel! So clean, lots of unexpected happy surprises. Very kind and friendly staff, from the desk people to the room cleaning people. I loved watching the baseball games from my hotel room, great view of Tokyo. Short walk to two nearest train stations."

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off:
1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it)
2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice.
3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. Felt like solving a...
