"Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. "No ammeneties, rooms were nice, Rooms were not very quiet as I could hear the people in the other part of the train come in and talk/cry and snore. :( we had the two room mail car that apparently had another room on the other end. The staff was great at the resturant were very nice but they needed more than one waitress. We had a fairly long wait. Good thing we had family to talk to that we had not seen in awhile. "Run Away! The property is old, run down, nasty and dirty. Our room 216 had a crack in the ceiling falling in and the front desk man said it was fixed inside and was nothing to worry about outside and there were no other rooms. There was an old broken chair with cobwebs outside our door and black hairs in the bathtub. Also 2 spiders- one on the curtain and one in the bathroom. 2 limp towels in the bathroom. An old Mr Coffee pot with no coffee by the front desk. Beyond sad. This “motel”...

"Room appeared recently painted. Room and bath were cleaned and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small for my old eyes, but a wide assortment of channels were available for viewing. The room had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The heating/air conditioning system was controlled by a turn dial marked from heat to cold, which took me quite a while to get the room temperature to my comfort zone. Plus the fan in it was a bit loud. Being a motel... parking was directly in...
